Marcus Samuelsson Biography:
Produced in 1971 in Ethiopia, Marcus Samuelsson was adopted with a Swedish family and cultivated a deep love for cooking via his grandma, who had been a chef. Samuelsson went to develop into a well-known force in international cuisine, becoming executive chef at Nyc restaurant Aquavit, receiving multiple awards through the years in the James Beard Foundation and starring in TV shows like Top Chef as well as The Feed.
