He played music together with his brothers Taylor and Zac growing up. The lads formed the group Hanson and signed a recording contract as teens. The group is famous for their hit single “MMMBop.” The group has produced music together for over 20 years.
Pop musician Clarke Isaac Hanson was born on November 17, 1980, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was homeschooled, along with his sibs, by his mom.
The three brothers formed a group and started to perform everywhere they could, including celebrations, state fairs and caf parking lots. While the lads played these little sites, their mom would sell Hanson’s alone released first album, Boomerang. The record featured the three lads singing a three-part harmony above a techno-sounding beat and contained an early performance of their after hit single “MMMBop.”
Sabec became their supervisor and finally joined the trio with record producer Steven Greenberg, who signed the group to Mercury Records.
Hanson’s contract with Greenberg and Mercury Records contained a six-record deal. Their very first studio album using a major label, Middle of Nowhere, premiered in 1997. Zac, who co-composed “MMMBop,” became the youngest Grammy nominated songwriter at age 11.
Hanson’s follow around Middle of Nowhere was Snowed In, which likewise sold platinum and went Top 10. The group has continued to record records but hasn’t had the opportunity to duplicate the success of their first attempt.
Isaac Hanson wed longtime girlfriend Nicole Dufresne in 2006. The service was held in his home state of Oklahoma. The couple got two sons together.
Isaac and his brothers observed their group’s 21st anniversary in 2013 by releasing their very own beer, “Mmmhops.”
